• Heat 3 cups of water in pot to rolling boil.
• Add 1½ cups rice and cover pot.
• Simmer 20 minutes.
• Combine 2T vinegar with 1T sugar-mix well.
• Place cooked rice in large bowl.
• Toss gently to fluff; sprinkle vinegar & sugar.
• Fan briskly to make rice shine!
