For Makizushi,
- Place seaweed
shiny side down on Makisu
(bamboo mat).
- Spread 2
3 T of rice onto seaweed, leaving a
finger width margin at top, lightly wetting hands with water
as necessary to avoid sticking.
- Add fish,
vegetables, wasabi,
etc.
- Fold the mat
without creasing so that the filing is in the
center of the seaweed & roll.
